Prior to the Event

Regarding preparation, tickets and lead-up to the Highland Games

Absolutely, our event is dog friendly! We kindly request that all dogs be kept on a leash throughout the event for the safety and comfort of all attendees.

Absolutely! This event is fun for all ages and we will have many activities for kids to enjoy.

The estate doesn’t offer any camping but there is plenty of places to stay nearby in Lovedale, Pokolbin, Cessnock, Broke and it’s just a 30-minute drive to Maitland, or Singleton.

The event will be held in all weather conditions. We highly recommend bringing umbrellas or raincoats in the event of rainfall.

We have a large parking area on the property with parking marshals to guide on the day.

Yes, we offer limited disabled parking and also have a drop-off point at the entrance of the car-park.

We recommend arriving earlier to ensure a spot as we are unable to reserve parking spots and operate on a first-come basis.

Yes, any tickets purchased online can be refunded for full price up to the day of the event.

During the Event

Regarding the day of the Highland Games and after the conclusion

Unfortunately, we will not be having shuttle buses run to and from the event. If you are looking for a transport option, we recommend to pre-book a taxi or shuttle through taxi service for the day.

There will be ample seating available at the event but people are more than welcome to bring picnic rugs and camp chairs.

We have made every effort to make this event as accessible as possible to all but people should be advised that this event does take place in a field and as such there is some uneven ground.

The schedule will be published a few weeks prior to the event on the home page and available at the entrance of the event.

Any lost property recovered on the day will be located at the entrance

There will be a wide variety of stalls that offer merchandise, food & drinks , fun activities and of course, Scottish products!
